Next Level Teambuilding

In cooperation with OffTEC, balticfinance is offering this exceptional Teambuilding Program taking place in the Maritime Training Centre in Enge-Sande (northern Germany). The program includes elements of Sea Survival Training which is also used by offshore employees or special units. The training involves special effects such as metre-high waves, fog, helicopter sounds, lightning and darkness. These special effects make our teambuilding event an unforgettable and incomparable experience for any professional sports team or executives. The training aims to strengthen teamwork, stress and anxiety management, team communication, mental strength and many other important elements. In the teaser you will get some impressions from the Teambuilding Program that we carried out with SG Flensburg-Handewitt (German Handball Champions 2018).

During the Summer we have successfully organized further events with different teams, e.g. the sports club MTV Vorsfelde and a medical team. The response is very positive and confirms that this event is a unique experience for all participants. We accompanied the MTV Vorsfelde team with a camera.
